Holiday Home Tour
December 5, 2012 |
For the 37th year, the Preservation Resource Center will host its annual Holiday Home Tour in New Orleans’ historic Garden District.
The Holiday Home Tour provides tour-goers with the unique opportunity to view the interiors of some of the most majestic homes in the Garden District decked out in all their holiday glory. The tour takes place on Saturday, December 8, and Sunday, December 9, and features informational tours of seven homes with live performances by New Orleans musicians.
This year’s tour kicks off with a Patron Party on Friday, December 7. It also includes access to an expansive holiday boutique with unique artisan wares and a professionally catered café, located at the tour headquarters at Trinity Episcopal Church.
Purchased in advance, tickets cost $30 for PRC members and groups of 10 or more and $35 for non-members. All tickets purchased on the day of the tour cost $40. Tickets are valid for either day or both days during the weekend of the tour.
Call 504-581-7032 or visit prcno.org to purchase tickets in advance. Tickets may be purchased on the day of the tour at Trinity Episcopal Church, in Bishop Polk Hall, 1329 Jackson Avenue.
