Historic Preservation Weekend

Tea 43206 - A German Village garden party gala benefit, “Tea 43206,“ is scheduled for Saturday August 17, 2013, from 4-7 p.m.
The event will be held at the German Village Guest House, 748 Jaeger Street, and will feature live musical entertainment, a silent auction and best hat contest. Tea, wine and elegant hors d’oeuvres and pastries will be served. Festive garden party attire is requested (and gorgeous hats are encouraged!). The proceeds of this event will benefit a the Fund for Historic Preservation at the German Village Society. The Fund is used to support the Society’s mission-centric programming for historic preservation and education.
The night before, join us for an historic preservation speaker panel that helps property owners and other Columbus preservationists to better understand and engage current thinking in preservation.
