Family Day Weekend at Fort Langley National Historic Site
February 9th-11th, 10am – 5pm
Spend BC’s very first Family Day weekend at Fort Langley NHS and receive free entry for youth (age 6 – 16)! Join in for a guided intro to the Fort at 11am, Historic Weapons presentation at 12:30, stories by the fire at 2pm and a blacksmith demonstration at 3pm.
On Monday, watch as we fire the muskets from the wall at 12:30! Stay for a traditional snack at 2 pm and learn to roast bannock over an open fire. Don’t miss the Go-Bonkers team (11-3) as they twist and turn balloons into fantastical shapes! Ask for your fun Xplorers booklet at the Visitor Centre, complete the activities for a certificate and souvenir. The Full Barrel Café will be open all weekend for lunch.
