Design Review: Are You Keeping Up with the Times? and “Connecting with Your Community” Follow-Up

March 9, 2013

These workshops other than the window workshop at Brecknock are sponsored by the City of Lewes in partnership with Preservation Delaware through a Certified Local Government grant. Our thanks to the Welfare Foundation for supporting the window workshop.

Call Preservation Delaware at 302-322-7100 or email admin@preservationde.org to register for any and all of these workshops.

Additional Information:
Preservation Delaware continues its commitment to provide ongoing training to members and staff of Delaware’s historic commissions. Once again, PDI is extremely fortunate to partner with one of Delaware’s Certified Local Governments. Thanks to the City of Lewes and their efforts in securing a Certified Local Government grant, we will offer a series of free-of-charge or discounted workshops. Please plan to attend this 2012/2013 series. Your participation is important so that the network of Delaware’s nine historic commissions can continue to grow.

You may remember that at the organizational meeting of Delaware’s historic commissions in Odessa we asked you to tell us the biggest challenges you’ve faced as historic commission members/staff. We also asked you to indicate topics and issues you wanted to see addressed. We have taken your suggestions and developed a very strong offering that will help you do your jobs even better than you already do.
