Lancaster County’s Treasured Places: A Holistic Approach to Protecting What Really Matters
April 9, 2013 |
Scott Standish, Director for Countywide Planning at the Lancaster County Planning Commission will present, “Lancaster County’s Treasured Places: A Holistic Approach to Protecting What Really Matters”. His presentation focuses on the important role that “places” play in our lives and what we need to do to protect them for future generations. Today’s challenges are forcing us to think differently and focus only those places that matter most to people.
”Treasured Places” offers a holistic approach to addressing these challenges by focusing our limited resources by being more proactive, more collaborative, and more relevant. As a result, we will be more successful in ensuring that Lancaster County remains a great place to live and visit in the future.
