Join us on a fun guided two-hour bus tour through nine of South Bend’s most outstanding neighborhoods. Experience the authentic history and development of the Local Historic Districts; each have contributed to the development of South Bend in a different way and feature unique characteristics. Local Historic Districts of South Bend Heritage Tour, is a partnership between Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. Joseph County, Visit South Bend Mishawaka, City of South Bend Department of Community Investment, Neighborhood Resources Corporation, Downtown South Bend, Tim’s Tours, Center for History and media sponsor WNIT.
Two guided bus tours are available in 2013, with dates set for Sunday, May 5 2—4 pm AND Friday, August 23 4—6 pm.
Tickets are $15.00 per person. A $5.00 discount is available if you purchase two tickets at the same time, totaling $25.00 per couple.
