Deck the Halls with the Historical Society of Dauphin County

On Wednesday, December 4th, the National Landmark John Harris-Simon Cameron Mansion will once again be the setting for the region's premier holiday celebration and recognition event, the Historical Society of Dauphin County's 19th annual Deck the Halls.
This year, the Historical Society will present the 2013 John Harris Award to the founders of the Harrisburg Young Professionals: Eric M. Morrison, J. Alex Hartzler, W. Greg Rothman, John A. Norton, and Dan Schwab, for their commitment to our community that will be part of Harrisburg history for generations to come.
Deck the Halls is THE major fundraising event for the Historical Society if Dauphin County. Income from the event is crucial to supporting our educational programs and research archives, and to maintaining the National Landmark Harris-Cameron Mansion, built in 1766 and entrusted to our care since 1941.
Tickets are $90, $125 and $250 and are partially tax deductible. The evening will include wine and beer, heavy hors d'Ĺ“uvres, and desserts. Please R.S.V.P. by Tuesday, December 3rd.
