Historic Old Northwood's 20th Annual Tour includes over a dozen beautiful homes. This year's tour is planning the inclusion of our Historic Firehouse which is being converted into a spectacular private home!

Developed in the ealy 1920's during the Florida's Boom Era, prominent Architects such as John Volk and William King designed homes that made Old Northwood one of the most exclusive areas this side of Palm Beach. In the mid-1980’s, residents formed a neighborhood association to revitalize and restore this important area of West Palm Beach. Old Northwood has seen a surge of new homeowners with a variety of professions, backgrounds and lifestyles enthusiastic about their homes as well as living in a “real neighborhood" such as ours.  We share a common cause...working together to make Old Northwood and West Palm Beach a better place to live.
