Landmarks Center in Indianapolis.
Culbertson, Chairman and CEO of Design Workshop in Aspen, CO, focuses on
history and contemporary relevance of George Kessler’s interconnected park and
boulevard design for the capital city. James Fadely discusses Thomas Taggart,
Mayor of Indianapolis from 1895-1901 and father of Indianapolis’s public parks
system.
