Architectural Conservator, Charleston, SC on Monday, March 31 at 6:30pm at the MAC Auditorium, 2316 W First Avenue, Spokane,WA

Peeling stucco, rotting wood, inoperable sash windows? A historic Craftsman or Bungalow house and its maintenance and preservation issues can be overwhelming for many homeowners. Which areas are most susceptible to decay? How can you understand these issues? What resources are available to homeowners? Ms. Uebel will answer these questions, discuss methods for damage prevention, and address suitable preservation treatment options for the common issues identified.
