The Certification:
This two-day course is team-taught and covers a range of topics, from area architectural styles to finding old home resources to the origins of Twin Cities’ housing and neighborhoods. These fast-paced classes include:

- Marketing Old Houses
- Staging: Current Style, Vintage Home
- Architecture of Minnesota

The Details:
Old Home Certified is a Realtor® designation developed by the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota’s education program, Cornerstone Academy.
This course is held at Keller Williams Integrity in Uptown Minneapolis on July 16 and 17. It is open to all Minnesota agents of any brokerage. Class starts at 8:00 a.m. each day, and ends by 3:45 p.m. There is a daily 1-hour lunch break.
Parking is available in the Mozaic Ramp; class attendees must pay for parking. Class is limited to 50 participants. Tickets must be purchased online through this link by July 9, 2014.
Refund and cancellation policy: Please email brutledge@mnpreservation.org if you wish to cancel your registration and would like a refund. Preservation Alliance of Minnesota will arrange to refund the cost of the class through Eventbrite (other fees will not be refunded). Refunds are provided up to seven days prior to the class. If you cancel after July 9, 2014, your registration fee is non-refundable.
