Advanced Matting for Exhibition & Decorative Mounts

This course is designed as a hands-on experience focusing on matting for exhibition and loans. Techniques that will be taught are matting and hinging of problematic and challenging print objects (e.g., vellum, copper plates, and fragile surfaces). All participants will leave the course with a set of models that incorporate all techniques and materials covered in the class. Experience
with basic matting techniques required.
