Sustainable Development: Principles and Practices for Green Communities
December 4-5, 2007 |
Sustainable or “green” development has steadily evolved from scattered demonstration building projects to more mainstream development practices increasingly applied at a community level. The last several years have seen the emergence of an expanded body of practical experience for integrating the process of community development with the natural environment.
