Preservation Greensboro’s annual meeting will be held on the evening of February 12th at 6:00pm in an exciting new venue, the Revolution Mill! Come and enjoy a lovely meal, great friends, and an interesting discussion on proactive preservation Revolving Funds within the historic brick walls of the Revolution Mill. Our guest speaker will be Clark Schoettle, Executive Director The Providence Preservation Society Revolving Fund, Inc. (PPSRF) since 1983.

Managing two capital funds totaling over $9 million is no small task, but the PPSRF has built a national reputation of revitalization and neighborhood improvement.  Through rehabilitation loans, ownership, development, and sale of property, the Revolving Fund has invested over $5 million for restorations in Providence, including the renovation of 46 previously abandoned buildings.
