TIPTON-HAYNES STATE HISTORIC SITE 2017 SUMMERS PAST HISTORY PROGRAM
This year the Summers Past History Program will run for three sessions of one week each. These sessions are held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Children may arrive between 8 and 9 a.m., and if you would like your child to stay later, there will be extended hours available until 5:00 p.m. at $3.00 per hour per child. Children between the ages of 6 to 14 are welcome.

Above are some of the many activities during the three different sessions. In each session there will be woodworking, games, toy making, music, storytelling, dramatic reenactments and cave exploration. The children are asked to bring a brown bag lunch each day and wear clothing suitable for the heat and comfortable shoes. Since we will be outdoors, sunscreen and bug spray are good items to bring. A mid-morning snack will be provided each day. Following are the costs for a one-week session. There will be a reduced fee for additional children attending from the same family, and/or for having a family membership.
Members: $90.00/one child, $85.00/each additional child
Non-Members: $100.00/one child, $95.00/each additional child
Pre-register your child for one or more of these sessions, fill out the form below and mail it, along with a $20.00 non-refundable deposit per child to the address listed below. This deposit is part of the total cost, not an additional charge, & should be received one week prior to the week your child will attend in order to hold the spot. To receive a full refund (not including the $20 deposit), cancellation needs to be made ten days before the beginning date.
