Webinar: Maryland's Historic Tax Credit

This free webinar on the Maryland and federal historic rehab tax credits available to owners of old and historic residential and commercial property in Maryland will be led by experts from Encore Sustainable Design.
The webinar will provide attendees with information on Maryland’s Heritage Structure Residential Rehabilitation Program, a 20% tax credit available to qualified historic homeowners engaging in qualified rehab projects. The webinar will also offer information on the state’s small commercial historic tax credit – a 20% tax credit available for Main Street-type rehab projects that do not exceed $500,000 in total qualified rehab expenses. Information will also be provided on the federal historic tax credit program.
