Historic Highland Beach Walking Tour

Highland Beach in Anne Arundel County was founded in 1893 by descendants of Frederick Douglass, and became a summer gathering place for many notable African Americans and their families. The walking tour will start at the summer cottage of Frederick Douglass, now a Museum and Cultural Center.
