El Cid Home & Garden Tour

Explore the history of this waterfront community by taking an intimate look at each featured home. Developed in the 1920's, El Cid was once a pineapple plantation. The neighborhood boasts a diversity of historic homes from the 1920's through the 1950's encompassing Mediterranean Revival, Spanish Mission, Monterey Colonial, Art Deco and Colonial Revival. Enjoy our Hospitality tent and string quartet!
Visitors check in at the Norton Sculpture Gardens, 253 Barcelona Rd, to receive home passes and the official tour booklets.
