State Historical Marker Dedication

Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission and the Warren County Historical Society cordially invite you to the dedication of an Official State Historical Marker Commemorating Abolitionist Cynthia Catlin Miller at 1PM on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 881 Big Tree Road, Sugar Grove, PA. The dedication ceremony features Rev. Conrad J. Wilson, Commissioner Benjamin Kafferlin, PHMC representative Andrea MacDonald, Sugar Grove historian Gregory Wilson, and the Honorable Laura S. Bauer. Guests are encouraged to park in Sugar Grove and carpool to the marker site, as parking is limited. Following the dedication, other festivities will be held at the Sugar Grove Presbyterian Church and the Sugar Grove Free Library.
