MODEL SHIPS EVENT...BACK BY POPULAR REQUEST AT THE NATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE MUSEUM - STATEN ISLAND NY - ONE DAY ONLY - SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2019 - 11 AM - 4 PM!
Come and see model ships of the sea!
THE SHIP MODEL SOCIETY of New Jersey is DEDICATED to the pursuit and enjoyment of ship model building in all its forms. Their membership spans all skill levels, from neophyte to highly accomplished and a wide range of interests, from gadget guru to historical re creator. They will EXHIBIT ship models ONLY ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9th from 11-4 pm AT THE MUSEUM. The model ship builders will DEMONSTRATE the building of a small model ship and will also be available for CONDUCTING APPRAISALS for REPAIRS of ship models that you may own.If you are a model ship builder and would like to participate and display your model in this event, please contact the Museum to make arrangements to do so prior to November 9, 2019.
Admission for this exhibit is included in your Museum entrance fee.
