Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-off & WiinterFest

Hot preparations are happening for the 10th Annual Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-off & WinterFest. Put on your long johns for what's got to be the hottest festival in Upstate New York.
On Saturday, Feb. 16th, The Commons in downtown Ithaca will be crowded with gallons of hot chili and hot prizes. Over 30 Restaurants Compete for the Title of Best Chili in Town! Come be the judge while being entertained by live music, a mechanical bull, roaming entertainers, wine/beer tastiings and more!!
Tasting tickets go on sale on the Commons at 11:30. Event goes til 4pm or until tastings run out. Come early!!! Veggie and meat chili available.
The tasting tickets are good for beer, wine and chili tasting. For $5, tasters can get five tickets and a bottle of water courtesy of Shortstop Deli. For $10, tasters get the best deal, which includes 11 tickets and water. |
