Upon completion 100 years ago, the Walnut Lane Bridge was the largest concrete span bridge in the world. Join David W. Young as he presents the story of this historic bridge, including 70 recently discovered lantern-slides documenting the arduous effort to span a 147 foot ravine. Cliveden opens an exhibition featuring the lantern-slide images on May 1, 2008.
