All over Massachusetts, communities are coming together to read and reflect upon Frederick Douglass's speech "What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?" If you're interested in signing up as a reader for the Milton event, please click here to register.
Former legislator Byron Rushing will be the evening's moderator. Come early to view the special Douglass exhibit and listen to a performance by the Boston Public Quartet.
