Celebrate the Reinstatement and Extension of the MN Historic Structure Rehabilitation Tax Credit

After a multi-year advocacy effort at the state Legislature, the MN HTC program is once again able to fuel historic building rehabilitation across Minnesota. From International Falls to Pipestone County, Moorhead to Winona, projects are moving forward that will create new opportunities for housing, entrepreneurship, and tourism, while supporting local jobs and the construction trades.
