Old Northwood welcomes you to our neighborhood and wants you to discover the history and renaissance of this coastal neighborhood as you tour some of our finest historic homes.

Historic Old Northwood's 21st Annual Tour includes antique cars provided by the Early Ford V8 Club and The Vintage Car Club, and many of our hosts will be in period dress thanks to Palm Beach Community College.  There are thirteen beautiful homes, some old favorites plus some new additions.

Your hosts will offer you champagne, wine, and hors d'oeuvres, candlelight and lots of....Holiday Cheer.

Developed in the ealy 1920's during the Florida's Boom Era, prominent Architects such as John Volk and William King designed homes that made Old Northwood one of the most exclusive areas this side of Palm Beach. In the mid-1980’s, residents formed a neighborhood association to revitalize and restore this important area of West Palm Beach. Old Northwood has seen a surge of new homeowners with a variety of professions, backgrounds and lifestyles enthusiastic about their homes as well as living in a “real neighborhood" such as ours.  We share a common cause...working together to make Old Northwood and West Palm Beach a better place to live.
