The second annual Goshen Theater Gingerbread House Competition is here! Help us create a gingerbread village that will fill our theater with both smells and holiday merriment!

We have made a few updates for this year and are hoping that these changes make for a wider variety of participants and audience interaction!

We have broken the competition into two categories: Adult (Ages 13+) & Kids (Ages 12 and under)

Here are the rules of the competition:

• All entries must be submitted to Goshen Theater no later than November 30th. 
  They can be dropped off:
  During normal operating hours (Tues. - Friday, 12P-4P); OR by scheduling a time to drop them off. You may do so by contacting Program Director, Robert Tombari, at robert@goshentheter.org. 
  

**Additional rules per category

Adults (Ages 13+): No pre-made kits allowed

Kids (Ages 12 and under): Pre-made kits allowed. 

There will be 7 winners during this year’s competition.

Community Favorite: The Gingerbread house that receives the most votes in the “Community Choice” overall will be awarded $25!

Adults:
1st Place - $100
2nd Place - $50
3rd Place - $25

Kids:
1st Place - $50
2nd Place - $25
3rd Place - $10

Each category will be awarded based on votes from the community at large. Each Gingerbread house in the competition will have votes tallied. The top 3 in each category will be awarded the prizes listed above. You will be able to vote for 3 gingerbread houses. One in each category (Adults & Kids) and your Favorite overall house. The favorite overall house will be awarded the Community Choice prize of $25. 

There is no entry fee to participate. So get to baking, icing, and creating those magical houses that will fill your historic Goshen Theater with the holiday feeling we are all excited for!
