We hope you will join us on Saturday, January 13th for the Dr. Robert Winter Memorial Lecture. Ted Ellison, our featured speaker and master artisan, will delight guests with his illustrated talk From Hand to Hearth: Glass Mosaic from the Prairie School. This is the fifth Dr. Robert Winter Memorial Lecture, the first of which was held during Craftsman Weekend in 2019 and is a lasting tribute to Dr. Winter’s impact on historic preservation communities both near and far. Our own Blinn House, the event location, has one of the most stunning glass tile fireplaces in California.

Join us in person or virtually for this special program! The lecture will be live-streamed via Zoom, and a recording will be made available to ticket holders. For those joining us in person, we will host a cocktail reception following the lecture to toast the late Dr. Robert Winter. Martinis (Dr. Winter’s cocktail of choice) and light hors d’oeuvres provided by Stems will be served from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
