President of the National Lighthouse Museum
The collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore left six construction workers dead after a massive cargo ship collided with the bridge on March 26, 2024. Captain Joseph Ahlstrom, a professor at SUNY Maritime College, will discuss what happened and how we can learn from this tragedy.
The museum is located at 200 The Promenade, at Lighthouse Point, St. George (adjacent to the Free Staten Island Ferry) Staten Island, NY 10301
