Come learn about historic preservation at the 2024 Real Estate Seminars, hosted at the MLK Jr. Library. DC Real Estate Agents and Appraisers can earn three required continuing education credits in one of these free, three-hour courses focused on historic preservation in the District of Columbia. HP 101 will provide an overview of historic preservation, architectural styles, and design guidelines while HP 201 will dig deep into specialized educational content on house histories, homeowner grant programs, and historic designation. Please note that participants seeking credit must take HP 101 before HP 201.
