Tues., Nov. 19th, 7-9 pm, the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet and the Islip Public Library will host a showing of Gerald Charles Dickens film.  Mr. Dickens is the great-great-grandson of Charles Dickens and he performs his one-man show in Rochester, England, where Charles Dickens lived most of his life.  The movie will be shown at the Islip Public Library, 71 Monell Ave., 7-9 pm, light refreshments, and is free and open to the public.  Registration is required (631-581-5933).
