Wish you were here! Long before Instagram and Tik-Tok, people shared their travel experiences via postcard. How quaint that might seem today, but these postcards were saved and collected by many and live on long after the experiences have passed. Such is the collection of Leonard A. Lauder, on view at the Museum of the City of New York. Join us for this members-only, private curator-led tour and ‘travel’ through the modern marvels of New York city in all its Art Deco glory. In addition to the postcards, see historic artifacts, film footage, fashion, architectural models, and more – all enticing visitors to enjoy the magic of Jazz Age Manhattan.
