Renew Reuse Regrow Virtual Summit

December 6, 2023 |
The Architect’s Newspaper is excited to present the Renew Reuse Regrow Virtual Summit this December 6th. This popular conference series is a robust dialogue encompassing projects with renewal strategies, adaptive reuse, and timber projects. We are able to curate projects from around the country, which brings a diversity of voices on these topics that are current and leading in the AEC industry —bridging the profession, industry, academia, operations, and ownership.
In its 20th year, AN continues to bring together the world’s most talented building professionals. This year, our programs at the RENEW REUSE REGROW Summit will discuss the latest projects enhancing local communities, advancing the use of timber, and implementing biomaterials in construction. Be inspired by presentations and discussion by architects and industry pioneers at the Renew Reuse Regrow Summit.
This year’s program includes a presentation by keynote speaker Anna Dyson from the Center for Ecosystems in Architecture at Yale. She will present her latest report “Biomaterials Supporting the Transition to a Circular Built Environment in the Global South.” Projects to be presented include a factory adaptive reuse in Detroit by McIntosh Poris, a revitalized mall in San Diego by RIOS, the adaptive reuse and implementation of CLT at the Bronx Children's Museum by O’Neill McVoy, and a Texas Trinity’s CLT higher education CLT Structure by Lake Flato. These case studies are in correlation with the current and leading themes through the overall AEC industry. https://events.archpaper.com/renew23/
