Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR) is excited to announce the 47th Historic Springfield Tour of Homes and Gardens, presented by M&M Homes, taking place April 25-26, 2026 from 12 PM to 5 PM each day in Jacksonville’s oldest neighborhood and front porch community, the Springfield Historic District.

The Tour of Homes and Gardens brings over 1000 visitors to Springfield each year to explore the neighborhood and the historic homes that give Springfield its unique character. Guests will find seven properties to tour throughout the Historic District. Guests may check-in for the tour starting at the SPAR Building (1321 N Main Street) at 12 PM both days. Complimentary shuttle service is provided for all guests.
