Join us at PPS on Friday, June 26 for an end-of-week evening panel conversation about integrating preservation and modernization in your historic home or building. Panelists will cover topics such as how to and renovate while retaining historic character, how to navigate challenges associated with retrofitting older buildings for a more sustainable future, and — this one is important — how Providence’s Historic District Commission regulates changes to historic buildings that are located in one of the city’s historic districts.
