Historic real estate agent from Martinsburg, WV

Agent Profile
Located only 50 miles from the DC and Baltimore beltways, we specialize in Historic, Estate, Waterfront and Unique properties.

We have been in business for over 30 years and still love it every day. Most years we sell over 1/2 of the highest priced properties in the WV Eastern Panhandle.

West Virginia was part of Virginia until the Civil War. This Panhandle is located along both the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers, so quite a few large homes were built here. We were on the winning side, so many of them escaped destruction during the war.

According a Tax Foundation study, West Virginia has the 2nd overall lowest cost of living of any State. This makes it a great area for Retirees. We also get quite a few "Property Tax Refugees" from Maryland, Va and Pa.

We have MARC commuter trains to DC as well as Amtrak service.

Please call to find out about our many historic listings.

Thanks!
