AFNHA is seeking AmeriCorps members for conservation and/or cultural heritage related positions for the program year beginning September 7, 2022. Positions are one year with a living stipend provided ($16,502). The Segal Education Award ($6,495) is granted to those that successfully complete the full year. Available position locations span across eastern West Virginia and provide support to local communities that focus on conservation, cultural heritage, education and outreach, among other activities. Members serve with a cross section of sites including the National Forest, National Wildlife Areas, US Fish and Wildlife, Historical Societies and Museums.
