Second Annual Masquerade Macabre, A Formal Masquerade Ball

October 25, 2025 |
The lore is true...our beloved mansion is endearingly haunted. However, instead of sweeping our spirits under the rug, we'd rather acknowledge and celebrate their presence by throwing a ball with them! The Masquerade Macabre is a formal masquerade honoring the spirits of Ventfort Hall. All funds raised fund operations and salaries, allowing our living spirits to stay alive! Come for an evening of music, dancing, drinks, and other dark delights at Ventfort Hall Gilded Age Mansion & Museum on Saturday evening, October 26, from 6-10 pm. Music will be provided by Opal Raven Cirque.
There will be a cash bar featuring thoughtful and themed craft cocktails and spirits. THIS EVENT IS 21+. MINORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY.
What should I wear?
While there is no strict dress code, to set the mood and really get into the spirit, we are encouraging traditional masquerade attire, which includes formal evening wear with a themed mask over one's eyes. Dress it up how you like! Ventfort Hall team members will be in historical, vintage, and formal attire themed to their desires!
Our team will be on the lookout for the ensemble we feel compelled to celebrate. At 9 pm sharp, Ventfort Hall will announce the first official Maestro or Mistress Macabre, the winner of the best presentation for their chose attire! They will be crowned and given a $250 cash prize, and will reign as such until 9 pm at the 2026 Masquerade Macabre.
