On Wednesday October 30th , the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet will host "Antique Appraisals with Philip Weiss " Mr. Weiss has over 40 years experience in the Collectibles trade and owns of one of the top auction houses. He will give his opinion on pieces provided by the audience and will also discuss memorable experiences from his career. This program is from 7-9 pm, Islip Public Library, 71 Monell Ave., and is free and open to the public. Please bring any antique you want Mr. Weiss to look at.
