Arizona Historic Preservation Conference
June 9-11, 2021 |
Layered Landscapes: Our 2021 Theme
While we, like so many others, have cancelled our 2020 in-person events due to the global pandemic we now face, we are thinking and planning ahead. Mark your calendar for June 9-11, 2021. In the meantime, please stay healthy and safe.?
The Arizona Historic Preservation Conference boasts two full days of programming geared to professionals, with continuing education credits when available, in the fields of historic preservation, archaeology, cultural resources management, architecture, and planning as well as members of the public who are involved in historic preservation and archaeology through volunteer activities and non-profit or state and local board and commission membership. Programming is also designed to attract elected leadership and staff of Arizona’s 21 Native American tribes, who have a special relationship to Arizona’s heritage resources. The two days of general programming is supplemented by a half-day of pre-conference workshops, for which registration is limited. The Conference also offers mobile tours of historic resources and walking tours of historic downtowns.
