Mid Century Modern 2021

July 30 - August 6, 2021

While we wait for the ‘all-clear’ on the pandemic, our annual tour will take place in the safety of your car (or bike)! This summer, hit the road with Restore Oregon for an interactive self-driving tour to explore the suburban growth of East Portland and see first-hand how landscapes changed for suburban mid-century homes. Inner courtyards, public greenways, and curatedyards abound throughout Lorene Park, Argay Terrace, Regency Park, and Glendoveer East. Spot architect-designed homes along the way and get sneak peeks of never-before-seen interiors from the safety and comfort of your own car, bike, or rollerblades.
  • When: July 30 - September 6, 2021
  • Where: East Portland | Please note that no interior tours will be given in consideration of COVID-19 guidelines.
  • Cost: $40, includes a $25 donation to Restore Oregon
Stay tuned this spring for details on how to access the tour through our website and experience the carefully planned post-War developments that changed the Greater Portland landscape forever.
