Pasadena Heritage In-Person Old Pasadena Tours

We are happy to announce that we will once again be offering regular tours of Old Pasadena beginning February 5th, the first Saturday, and continuing every other month. Each tour will have a slightly different route and theme so each tour will be slightly different but each lasting approximately one hour and covering a distance of about one mile. February will included historic Dayton Street and some of our first Black-owned businesses, the first fire station, and Friendship Baptist Church. Groups will be kept small and required to wear masks. Old Pasadena has gone from drab and dingy to a shopping and dining destination. Without Pasadena Heritage, this National Register Historic District would have been destroyed! Now it is one of the finest examples of downtown revitalization in the country. Let one of our trained docents lead you through the historic neighborhood and reveal its many hidden and unusual architectural details, old alleyways, and historic signs.
