Buildings 4 and 7 are listed for sale at $1.00 each with the understanding that the purchaser(s) will relocate the structures off-property in a timely manner at their own expense. BHMC will contribute $34,000 towards to costs of moving each building. The buildings must be moved in accordance with the National Park Service's guidelines for moving historic structures, and relocated by a moving company with demonstrated experience moving historic buildings.
