When people asked our new President and CEO, Brent Leggs, what kind of National Preservation Summit he wanted to lead, his answer was simple: one where everyone could become part of the preservation movement.
This September 22-24, the National Trust for Historic Preservation debuts its first National Preservation Summit, which will be held at Washington National Cathedral. Admission is complimentary for all 500 guests, but registration is required (and non-transferable).
As our nation marks 250 years, we believe this defining conversation should be shaped by the broadest possible range of voices — with participation guided by the importance of the dialogue, not the cost of admission.
With a theme of All People Are Created Equal, this convening will explore community revitalization, the interpretation of the past to foster a shared future, and unity through historic places.
You won’t want to miss this opportunity to be in the room where these important conversations are happening!
Can’t Make it to D.C.?
Don’t miss out — join online! The virtual option is a great way to stay engaged in these important discussions that will shape the future of the preservation movement.
