How Long Can I List For? Listing Periods:

We offer three convenient time-periods for listing – list for 2 months, 6 months or 12 months. You decide how long (or short) to list your property!

What is “Historic” and What Qualifies for Listing?

To qualify, the property need only be at least 50 years old or older. It does not have to be listed on the National Register, or have any other local designation. At long as it is at least 50 years old it qualifies!

Types of Properties Allowed:

In addition to historic homes, we have listed commercial buildings, schools, prisons, mills, and other historic structures. All historic properties are welcome to be listed!
