Overview of this two-day seminar: Gain a basic understanding of the National Environmental Policy Act and the NEPA process. Learn to identify cultural resources in context and examine the requirements for their consideration within the NEPA regulations. Discuss how to incorporate cultural impact assessments into environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, and categorical exclusions. Assess practical applications for effectively integrating the analyses required by NEPA with other regulations.
