Join Memphis Heritage for our next Preservation Posse Tour as we explore the historic Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law on Thursday, August 6, at 5:00 p.m.

Housed in the beautifully restored former U.S. Custom House and Post Office, this landmark is one of Downtown Memphis' finest examples of Beaux-Arts architecture and an outstanding example of adaptive reuse.

During this special tour, you'll learn about the building's rich history, remarkable preservation, and its transformation into the home of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

The tour will be led by former Memphis Mayor and current David Pickler Dean & Professor of Law, Jim Strickland, who will offer unique insight into the building's history, architecture, and continued role in the civic life of Memphis.

Also available for preorder is Don Newman's historic photograph of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, formerly the U.S. Customs House, Court House and Post Office. Don't miss the opportunity to own a beautiful piece of Memphis history.

This is a ticketed, members-only event. Space is limited.
