Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Vanessa has a background in design and renovation. Having renovated her own 1926 home in the downtown area, she has firsthand experience with the intricacies of building and renovating in historic districts. An avid fan of Orlando history, Vanessa loves researching and reading the city’s master site files on Orlando’s beautiful city addresses. In researching a recent listing, she discovered that the 1922 home’s first resident was actually a relative of someone she went to high school with! They reconnected and Vanessa was able to show the home to this family’s descendents before it passed hands to the next owner.

In partnership with her broker-agent mom Jan Coudriet, together they have the combined knowledge of 40+ years in the business. Historic homes are a special love for this mother-daughter team, and they delight in being careful custodians of these unique properties.
