Property History

Back in the day of Billy the Kid and the Regulators during the historical Lincoln County Wars Sherriff Brady himself owned the original Adobe Home. Years later it was opened as an Iris Farm where many varieties of Iris's were grown and sold. The Main living area of the Adobe was used as a gift shop and people from all over visited the farm.

The property is located on the corner of Highway 70 service road and Calle El Ojito. Very easy access from Hwy 70 however, the way the property sits below the highway you do not get the road noise that you think you would experiance.

All 3 Buildings have been renovated. Located between Ruidoso NM and Roswell NM and just 30 miles south of Lincoln NM. If you are not familiar with the area, it is highly recommended to visit. The area is surrounded by National Forest and BLM land.
