We are currently expanding our global network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support high-stakes litigation and historical investigations.

The Role: Archival Researcher & Record Retrieval Specialist

We are seeking meticulous Independent Professional Researchers to conduct on-site archival investigations. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Genealogy, Library Science, History, Paleography, Legal History, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Archival Research: Accessing local, state, and federal archives for specific document discovery.
• Record Retrieval: Obtaining certified records from courts, religious institutions, and historical repositories.

Qualifications

• Expertise: Demonstrated experience in historical research; genealogical standards; paleography.
• Technical Skills: Ability to navigate digital and physical finding aids, microfilm, and unindexed manuscript collections.
• Communication: High proficiency in English (multilingual capabilities in Spanish, German, Italian, Hebrew, French, Traditional Chinese, Greek, Latin, other foreign languages are a significant plus).
• Autonomy: Ability to manage independent projects and deliver high-quality digital scans or reports under strict deadlines.

National Archives (NARA) locations
• Major International Hubs (Europe, Latin America, Asia)
