Rethos is seeking volunteers to assist with our annual preservation easement monitoring. Volunteers will receive a brief training on how to complete a property monitoring form and will visit an assigned historic building to document its current condition through detailed photographs and observations.

Most properties are located in the Twin Cities, with additionalopportunities in Hibbing, Mankato, and Red Wing. This is a great way to explore historic places, learn more about preservation easements, and help Rethos protect important buildings across Minnesota.
